this is the story of a reporter who leaves his wife (a fellow journalist) after she is injured in the field. he's received a telegram that she's in critical condition. he returns from around the world to be by her side and make the hardest decision of his life.

this album was recorded 4/25/2012 at spruce haus in one stint on a one track panasonic slimline onto a 90 minute maxell UR. all music and words were improvised and layered in real time by javier ryan. he used a washburn idol WI-64DL, a line6 microspider, a BOSS RC-20XL loop station, and a fender solid state princeton 65 12". the mic was a SHURE D565.
